How to take your photo in background

For example I like to have the photo background when I click in My computer/C:


to do that:
1. open the notepad
2. enter this code

3. Save desktop.ini and before saving in line IconArea_Image="DSC007951.jpg"
you must enter your photos name and enter photo format .jpg or bmp etc.
4. Now both of them copy and paste in destination and you will see the effect.
